I rather die before buying something from the source again. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.
Contacting the source's chat agent is the most horrible experience I have had in my life. Any contact to them ends up in rude excuses. I contacted about returning a defective item and was told it is a FINAL-SALE. What joke. I would never buy there again, nor do I recommend to any of you to.
AVOID IN ALL COST.
Never again. I placed an order at The Source and it has not progressed beyond "Electronic information submitted by shipper" after 1 week. An order placed with a competitor, also to be delivered by Canada Post, was received in 4 days. I called customer service. The person I spoke with could not offer an explanation for the delay other than to say, "You do know there is a pandemic." Blame incompetence on the pandemic. That was enough for me. I will never make another purchase at The Source.

I would NOT recommend ever shopping with this company. I ordered a game card and 12 hrs later received an auto-cancel notification email with a number to contact to find out why. called and they were unable to tell me why. my cc has never given me trouble with online shopping before and now I a have 5-7 business days wait for a refund.
Amazing customer service at La Source, Plaza Cote des Neiges, Montreal. Islam & Ramy were very friendly and helpful!
The Source 50150 e-commerce head office is helping criminals steal by allowing fraudulent purchases from other people's credit cards without finding out if it's actually the owner of the card making the purchase. In a time of Covid when thieves are out in full force, a company like the source should be doing a much better job in protecting their customers but they would rather make the sale, do better, you should be ashamed. Maybe it's time to make a change and hire new at this location, people are rude and don't deserve the employment.

I ordered something to come to the store, it was delayed! The worker couldn’t even explain anything and didn’t even bother to check out my order until i got really mad and asked him for the 100 time to check my order. Never seen such bad service!
Giving it a 1 star only because I can't give 0 or a negative score. Ordered a product online, they confirmed, deducted money, only to cancel it after a few days without giving any reason. This happened multiple times. Customer service is pathetic. I called them multiple times on the same problem, got different answers from different agents. They just lie to get around. Just pathetic!
I buy a new iPhone 12 Pro from 7077 Newman blvd lasalle Quebec H8N1X1but they give me a used phone now I go to store they told to me they didn’t give me a used phone and I show them phone they told to me they don’t have a another phone
I ordered a MacBook Air laptop for December 31st. It's January 25th and they don't know where my order is and cannot give me any information about it. I need this computer for an upcoming work presentation and now I don't have it... They will not give me a refund for it either so that I can buy a computer elsewhere. Very poor shipping. And poor customer service as, if I hadn't called them, would they have let me know my order is late???? Likely not!
First time bad impretion.
first time order Nov 26/2020. The order was confirm coming Dec 03/2020. After waiting long, call costomer service the order came 19th December 202
I made an online purchase, the item packaging was extremely damaged when it was received. I requested a discount to the price as this is a Christmas gift and was told it will take 3-4 weeks to ship a new one and I have to drop off at the local store. Customer service insists that item need to be returned to the store despite it being a pandemic and we are only to be going out when necessary. I tried multiple times to find a solution for the damaged packaging I received, but no reasonable response from customer service. I should not need to waste my time and money to travel to a store for an item that should have NEVER been shipped in the first place. THE SOURCE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT SHOP HERE. If shopping at a big box store go to Best Buy where they have 10/10 customer service.
Absolute garbage company with bad customer service. As a first time buyer, I'll never order from them again. My product never arrived despite them claiming it was shipped. Canada post confirmed they only created the label but never shipped it. Source did not take ownership of the missing item and refused to investigate further or refund. I was told to call Canada Post myself to deal with it. I will have to call my CC company to get my money back.
Ordered an iPad Nov 26, they gave me a shipping date of Dec 3 which is completely fine. Dec 3 came and went, i did not recieve an email updating when the product would be shipped and still have not. Also, was not able to track after Dec 3 on their website, it would just redirect me to a different page. Poor communication, will not use the Source again.
